FINANCING PLAN

• FIRST PAYMENT OF 40 % + 5 % FOR TAXES, REGISTRATION FEES OF TITLE AND EXPENSES OF NOTARY :
  At the signing of this contract validated by the notary.
  Upon receipt of the first payment: Completion of the construction in cement.


• SECOND PAYMENT OF 30 %
  Upon receipt of the second payment: Laying of the roof, the joinery and the tiling.


• THIRD PAYMENT OF 25%:
  Upon receipt of the second payment: Completion of interior.


• FOURTH PAYMENT OF 5 %:
  Handover with the title at the name of the owner.
